Hello,

My name is Yunjoo Park, and I am a skilled Senior UI Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience, primarily within design agencies. Early in my career, I was responsible for designing and coding websites for the South Korean government, where I gained proficiency in HTML and CSS. I then continued designing and coding websites, using WordPress, for many different clients while working at Design Bank.

 

My most recent position was at AMF Media Group, a design agency in San Ramon, CA. As a Senior Graphic Designer, I collaborated with project managers and fellow designers to discuss various design projects. I translated clients' visions and requirements into mockups, wireframes, and multiple design concepts for initial presentations. Once the client approved a direction, I finalized the designs and coordinated with project managers, clients, or printers for delivery.

 

My work encompassed a wide range of mediums, including print (posters, flyers, magazines, booth designs, ads), digital (ads, promotions of various sizes, email campaigns, social media, PowerPoint), web design, branding, and logo design. I also had the opportunity to create animated designs.

 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the other designers at AMF Media Group left the company leaving me alone to manage everything. I remained and took charge of all projects. I worked diligently, often working through my vacation times, driven by my dedication to the company, which felt like family. This experience taught me patience and a willingness to learn new skills, ultimately allowing me to harness my passion for high-quality design. As a result, I was honored to receive multiple ADDY Awards.
